Namebook is a software to Prevent Money Laudering.
Namebook permits to detect posible money lauderers and make them accomplish the Money Laudering Prevention Law.
Namebook lets to log on quickly and smartly to a database that contains information about more than a milion people and companies related to the Montey Laudering Prevention.
When someone does a deal with a significant amount of money, the Money Laudering Prevention and Terrorism Financing Law obliges people and companies to check that the other person or company’s name is not on the Namebook’s list. If so, it has to be reported in SEPBLAC (www.sepblac.es).
The ones that must have Namebook’s software are: Financial companies, Insurances companies, Currency and Stock exchange, Lawyers, Solicitors, Managers, Real Estate Agents, Jewelers, Art and antique dealears and Bet or Game professionals.
Namebook contains more than 1.000 international black lists (OFAC, EU, UN, INTERPOL, FBI…) with additional information and pictures.
NameBook also has data about one milion people and companies around the world who are related to political field (PEPTS) or tagged as risky people. The information is elaborated and daily updated by more than 500 investigators in all of the five continents.
The database includes files with pictures, names, birth dates, nationalities and residences, CV, family and close people details and references to other information sources.
In some cases, the Personal Data Protection Law also lets to keep the ID and passport numbers.
