Trial Version
The trial version allows you to access the NameBook Online platform with limited access to 7 days. During these 7 days you can make a maximum of 5 queries. Once the deadline is fulfilled or the maximum number of consultations is carried out, it will be necessary to buy a package of consultations as needed.
General conditions
Any purchase you make will increase by 1 year the subscription period to the service, counting from the date of purchase.
The balance of unconsumed queries will be added to the purchase made, at most by the volume of queries acquired in the new purchase, and provided that the purchase is made before the end of the subscription period or up to 1 month after the end of the subscription period.
Service cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our technical support, in this way we will proceed to delete all the data from our system, this deletion will be irrevocable.
Returns
You can change your mind and request a full refund within 14 days from the moment of purchase, as long as you have not made any inquiries. You just have to contact us.
